Jack is experienced in corporate finance such as fund raising, capital budgeting, restructuring and financial management.

He leads the group practice area of merger and acquisition, financial due diligence, business valuation, financial modelling, feasibility study and vendor due diligence.

Jack has served as a CFO for one of the listed companies in the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia for several years. Prior to that he was with one of the Big Four Accounting Firm, focusing in valuation and due diligence.

With his years of experience as CFO and financial advisor, he has amassed hands-on knowledge of corporate governance, internal control, audit and tax issues.

Jack heads the Group’s Financial Advisory department with the objective of ensuring client’s profitability are being maximized while simultaneously taking care of stakeholder interest. Growth shall be achieved with appropriate sustainability strategy.
